The Stock Plan Administrator will work closely with and report to the Stock Plans Manager to provide analytical and logistical support for the Stock Plans Administration team.  Will assist the team with the day-to-day activities and will be responsible for the global option exercise process. The ideal team member will have experience with Equity Edge Online, excellent customer service and communication skills, a high level of accuracy, ability to focus on detail, strong technical skills, and be one who takes pride in producing high quality work.




  • Assists the Stock Plans Administration Group in administering the Company’s Stock Plans Administration Program including the following:

    • Data entry, integrity and maintenance of the employee stock database, Equity Edge Online.

    • Option Exercise processing and all related tasks including broker and transfer agent communications.

    • Terminations/cancellation processing

    • Assist with the insider trading approval clearance requests (ITCR)

    • Prepare and distribute routine and ad hoc reports as requested or assigned

    • Prepare audits and reconciliation reports

    • Respond to domestic and foreign employee inquiries and assist in the resolution of related issues

    • Maintain the Stock Plans Administration Intranet portal

    • Assist with sending and tracking ESPP/ISO disposition surveys

    • Assist with managing ESPP enrollment records and enter withdrawals




Education and/or Experience:

  • Normally requires a Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-2 years of related experience

Specific Knowledge:

  • Equity Edge Online

Computer, Software, Tools, Equipment, and Machinery Skills:

  • MS WORD – capable of simple formatting

  • MS Excel – capable of creating spreadsheets with basic and complex formulas and functions

  • MS PowerPoint – capable of creating presentations with simple formatting

  • Email – able to send/receive messages and files through the company email system

  • Able to operate facsimile, copier, telephone, calculator, adding machine, computer keyboard and mouse

  • Intranet/Internet – able to locate and access sites relevant for business purposes

Language Skills, able to:

  • Read, write and speak fluent English

  • Respond effectively to verbal or written inquiries

  • Read and interpret business publications and documents

  • Write complex reports and correspondence with correct grammar, punctuation and spelling, cohesive structure, concise wording and appropriate tone 

Mathematical Skills, able to:

  • Calculate percentages and ratios

  • Set-up simple algebraic equations in spreadsheets

Reasoning Ability, able to:

  • Apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems

  • Deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.)

  • Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables

  • Conduct business in business-like manner

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, with all levels of the organization
