 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • First point of contact for managers and employees for and HR policies, process, and system questions or issues
  • Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to inquiries via phone, mail, chat or other means by following appropriate resolution/assessment methodologies, utilizing knowledge management tools, educating customers on HR technologies and self-service tools, and determining appropriate course of action or escalation for emerging issues
  • Enter case and maintain customer contact until request is resolved and/or transferred to relevant party to resolve.
  • Direct / educate employees and managers to appropriate online support materials, tools, systems, and /or vendors if applicable
  • Perform basic transaction and data troubleshooting and/or processing, data input, and verification of required documentation
  • Help employees and managers with portal and system navigation and completing transactions in systems
  • Respond to and troubleshoot employee and manager-related transactions and issues:
  • Support managers and employees with data corrections and transaction rescinds (new hires, onboarding, job changes, terminations, etc.)
  • Triage payroll and benefits issues and manage coordination with or handoff to providers to resolve
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate HR Operations specialist, payroll specialist or vendor when deeper subject matter expertise, additional research, or interpretation is required
  • Keep case management system with up-to-date, accurate information on open cases and with details regarding final case resolution
  • Partner with the entire HR organization by sharing knowledge with peers and cross-functional teams and identifying emerging issues or trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide some level of HR administrative support with regards to processing Workday transaction (e.g new hire data entry, transfer, exits and adhoc transaction), pre & post-employment verification and reference requests.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities focused on enhancing the Service Team’s ability to be effective and efficient
  • Ensure all Service Team processes, standards and protocols are followed, including those focused on data quality controls
  • Ensure commonality/standardization among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites
  • Perform other duties per assignment
 REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.      
  • A minimum of 0-4 years’ experience in compensation & benefits and/or database management or Human Resource related experience
  • Comfortable and experienced in processing workflow, transactions and data changes using Workday, Taleo and other HR systems.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information among project team members
  • Ability to promote and implement changes to current practices and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and, organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
SKILLS:
  • Basic analytical skill, Database/Microsoft proficiency required
  • Good command of written and spoken English.                       
  • Excellent customer service skills, good personality, strong leadership
