Standardize the BCMS across HDD and SSD/Flash business units worldwide and coordinate the sites business continuity plans for the customers visibility and continued trust. Lead Projects and initiatives Offices compliance to the Integrated Management Systems while fulfilling general administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and accomplish (globally) sites Business COntinuity Plans for Customer Surveys
Track and maintain BCP Customer Survey TAT within target
Back up for coordinating and responding to any Event Watch Alerts
Represent Projects and initiatives Office for IMS coordinate and lead the teams compliance to the requirements
Consolidate and track Projects and Initiatives Office Spending
Support PIO with spending transactions/paperwork and general admin (excluding timekeeping)
Has-1 year experience with customer communication
Has knowledge on Business Continuity Management System(ISO 22301)requiments and processes
Has-1 year experience as IMS representative/coordinator
Has knowledge on Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001) requirements and processes
Has experience on spending transactions and paperwork
Customer Communication: proficient in English (writing and speaking)
Project Management and Coordination
Computer literate(MS Office)
