This position will be part of a 24x7 support team that attends to problems encountered by end-users. The position is responsible to conduct basic diagnostics, escalate any issues that will be encountered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Part of 24x7 support team
o Setup and Configure new IT Hardware/Software
o Diagnose and resolve end-users software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications, and cloud based applications.
o Escalate issues to next level of support in agreed time limits.
o Support rollout of Hardware or Software upgrades.
o Basic Windows OS (XP/Windows 8.1/10) Operation Skills
o Basic Networking LAN/Wireless Knowledge
o Knowledgeable in MS Office software, printers, and other end-user related software.
o Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
o Any vocational course related to computer.
o At least 1 year working experience with supporting end-users computing requirements.
