ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Reviewing, administering and implementing change management processes and procedures

  • Assessing change management needs, developing  and implementing plans to guide the WD EPM organization to a mature change process

  • Ensures solutions and infrastructure changes are introduced in a controlled, yet efficient, manner.  

  • Conducts research on IT Change Management process improvement and ensuring Infrastructure & Application readiness assessment procedures remain current and up-to-date.

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal change management policies, procedures and associated training plans.

  • Conducting Change Advisory Meetings. 

  • Training change requestors and approvers on existing change policies and procedures.

  • Assisting with the definition and documentation of new or adapted change processes and procedures.  

  • Executing periodic testing of change processes to ensure compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience in  IT Change and Release Management

  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices.

  • Knowledge of version control and configuration tools

  • Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies and disciplines.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar

  • 5+ years of experience
