  • Escalate Mitecs related issue to proper parties.
  • Provide first line support for PC’s scanners and printers.
  • Escalation Mitecs issues timely and accordingly to minimize downtime.
  • Perform the role of helpdesk function in production area.
  • Participate in the setting up of new lines hardware and software installation.
  • To understand and accept responsibility for performing their jobs in accordance to safety and health rules.
  • To ensure the safety aspects of work area under their supervision.
  • Assist other IT staffs in system integration, implementing and other IT related matters.
  • To ensure persons under their charge comply with safety rules and regulations.
  • Support and comply to EH&S rules and housekeeping activity.
  • Monitoring software and hardware which related to operation.
  • Troubleshooting analysis.

  • Diploma in Computer science and Electronics or related fields. A Bachelor’s Degree would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  • Troubleshooting, and problem resolution for system hardware, printer, and scanner
  • Support server side and hardware/software routine maintenance
