ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own channel marketing for JD.com channel, which covers, but not limited to, strategy formulation, planning and executing marketing programs, integration with PR/social and product marketing resources to maximize impact
- Work closely with China sales team, channel marketing team members, PR/Social team, product marketing team as well as JD.com
- Liaise with JD.com to get best resources allocation
- Evangelize the adoption of integrated marketing approach, create engagement with other functional teams to lead to positive program ROI
- Help to develop or leverage other region’s digital assets to provide best class digital assets for JD.com deployment
- Craft online channel marketing plan measurement metrics (KPI), review program results and provide guidance on improvement.
- Transform business directions into strategic marketing programs
- Formulate and execute GTM plans that drive traffic to JD.com
- Manage outsourced agencies and budgetRequirements
University graduates, with a minimum of 8 years work experience marketing role in US MNC environment, inclusive at least 5 years focusing in JD.com- Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese- Strong liaison skills, able to negotiate and collaborate effectively- A leader with strong collaborative skills and able to drive country teams to achieve targeted metrics- Strong business sense with a clear perspective how channel marketing contribute to business growth and capability to build success case for best practices sharing- Creative mindset in formulating marketing programs- Proven records in the channel marketing management of JD.com and outsourced digital agencies- Detail minded and excellent self-discipline; be able to attend to details- Able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,- Effective communicator with HQ and country teams Requirements
