Pricing Manager

•Leads and Coordinate all OEM Deal Management and Pricing activities including RFQ cycle management

•Interface with Sales / eHDD Portfolio / Segment Leads / eSSD Portfolio / Sales Ops / product marketing

•Manages and owns the deal closure or escalation, within the Financial Forecast guidelines

•Operates within a delegation and executes to delegation or above. Provides reasoning and analysis for escalations

•Works closely with Business Execution on in Q Playbook Plan conversion to CA

•Contributes to the recommendation of Pricing floors (taking into consideration FF, TVS objectives, profit maximization through execution and optimization, market and competitive dynamics) and coordinates to receive and close on floor guidance by Portfolio Planning prior to the RFQ cycle

•Works with segment management teams to align on playbook / portfolio plan – drive synergy across teams

•Provide in depth analytics on profit optimization, PB share achievement and WIP status during RFQ cycle. Provides feedback into Portfolio planning, owner and team and contributes to the forecast

•Manages transition of Legacy systems and Products from a Pricing Team perspective, into a single ERP

•Drives development of reporting tools and capabilities by sponsoring programs and actively seeking improvements of current practices. Major stakeholder to the CPQ tool

•Becomes BU sponsor for 1-2 key accounts

•Owns the contractual compliance as it relates to the pricing structure (LOI, Contracts, LTA etc.)

•Coordinates audit and SOX compliance and provision of required information as requested
