WDC is looking for HRBP for an interesting and challenging position to support business units at Kfar Saba site.
We are looking for a candidate with high interpersonal skills, independent dynamic person, with proven ability to achieve results.

The HRBP is responsible for implementing the HR strategy and best practices to support business goals, and to lead the implementation of HR processes.
The HRBP will provides consultancy to managers and support employees in HR related issues.
BA degree in Social or Behavioral science (mandatory)
4-6+ years relevant HR experience preferably in a High Tech global environment
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and self-directed
HR Practical knowledge – i.e Recruitment (Mandatory - proven interview ability), Performance management, Welfare, ER learning and development, comp, legal and more.
