Responsibilites: To develop and implement dynamic Human Resources practices to ensure best in class people Management to achieve sustainable business resultsDevelopment and management of Human Resources Policies and procedures.On-time and accurate personnel administration to meet employee needs, company Requirements and legal compliance.People hired, on-boarded, paid, given feedback and developed in a timely fashion.Ensure effective Industrial relations.Management coaching and support on HR issues.Act as front line championAct as trusted people champion ensuring that all team members are treated fairly and with respectFacilitate a positive, productive and safe work environmentFacilitate a creation of an exciting and rewarding place to workFoster trust and teamwork within the companyCredible advocate for Company’s valuesSupport the company with the implementation and sustaining of changes within the CompanyCoach others to implement and sustain HR processes toolCoordinate overall Best Practices tool implementation to ensure factory readiness and people Readiness/capacity for change.Enables the development of the company manpower planning, staffing, rewards and training & development plan.Align performance objectives with Company’s objectives.Monitor and ensure compliance of government’s regulations in relation to labor.Ensure the existence of dynamic internal communication.Represent Western Digital in government and manufacturing related committee.Plan management development training.Provide HR advice and support to WDMO.Ensure commonality/standardization among same process/system within related manufacturing sites.Educational Required:   Minimum Degree in social science preferably Human Resources ManagementSound knowledge in relevant Malaysian labor legislations and Employment Act.Ability to analyze problem, identify alternative solutions, proposed Human Resource actions and implement improvementsSkills:Good communicator with self-driven and strong ability to work independently and with minimal supervision in IR execution and decision.Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.Required Skill(s): IR, Microsoft Office, and employment related acts, influencing and counselling skills.Required language(s): English, Bahasa MalaysiaExperience: Minimum 12 years’ experience in Human Resources with at least 7 years in the senior management roles.Work experience with large multinational corporationsSelf-starter with HR strategic experience
