  • Managing a wide range of key projects and activities relating to employee relation, change management and communications
  • Provide advices and solutions within HR and Western Digital Thailand stakeholders (including responsibility for EICC compliance)
  • Assist employee relations manager on strategic planning and maintaining industrial peace / harmony through fair and equitable enforcement of established policies
  • Operating as a business partner for Western Digital Thailand in collaboration with the business leaders on a daily basis
  • Review existing policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes if required for the improvement of overall WD Thailand
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned by management team

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management & Development / Business Administration / Communications Arts or other related fields
  • A minimum of 5 – 7 years working across HR Departments (ER / Communications / Training and Development) within manufacturing industries
  • Project Management experience would be advantageous
  • Great level of English qualifications ( written and verbal)
  • Strong communications and presentation skills ( Thai and English)
  • Possess high negotiation and cognitive flexibility in order to manage all levels of stakeholders
  • Soft Skills: solving complex issues, critical thinking, people management, analytical and decision-making skills, creative and high cognitive flexibility
