Supply chain IT manger with experience in implementing and supporting complex software programs in across various Supply Chain
Solutions. The Manager is responsible for the planning, supervision and management of projects in support of across Oracle Demantra
Demand planning, Home grown apps to support Supply side planning and integration. Duties include coordination, communication, risk
assessment/mitigation and proactively working with business sponsors, stakeholders and Vendors to determine and refine scope and
requirements and coordinate timely, quality delivery to their expectations, within the strategic goals of the project, as well as in
compliance with IT processes. As part of this role the manager will mentor team members.

The Manager will be required to work closely with stakeholders to advocate and enforce applicable standards and best practices from
similar industries. This includes the design, testing, implementation, and support of new systems. The candidate will also provide
guidance on maintenance and ongoing support for the configurations, reports, conversions, enhancements and interfaces. Candidate will
also support related to the SCM systems utilized by Master Data, Transportation Management, Demand Planning, MRP, Inventory
Control, and Other Supply Chain teams.

• Lead the team of SCM resources across Asia to deliver quality solutions on time and in budget
• Serve as key manager in the analysis, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of the Oracle SCM solutions (Demantra,
ASCP, OTM, etc.)
• Collaborate with business users to actively promote benefits of the systems and provide technical expertise to help build efficiencies
• Act as a subject matter expert of “as-is” and “to-be” business process for the Supply Chain, and Information Technology teams, including
process mapping, analysis, and redesign
• Validates proposed enhancements and evaluates technology to support the implementation of proposed changes
• Manage and monitor the integration process with other internal and external systems
• Mentor and assist both 1st and 2nd line teams
• Must have a strong understanding and a successful track record of leading teams through the Supply Chain software implementation
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
• Must possess excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate across all levels of users, including upper management, and
interface with numerous departments and vendors
• 12+ years of IT experience required
• 6+ years of Mgmt. experience
