Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Facilities Maintenance Coordinators are responsible for oversight and technical direction of maintenance and operations of site buildings, facility systems and utilities at the Great Oaks Campus.  Assure that vendor services are performed per the contract. Assess critical facility systems and customers continuous uninterrupted services.Coordinate and assign priorities for building(s) repairs and resolution of services interruptions.Resolve unsafe, sensitive or highly visible maintenance conditions.Develop strategies to reduce fixed operational costs.Review systems to assure they are operating efficiently.Work with facilities engineering and maintenance contractors to develop strategies or repair or replacement of aging equipment.
