Description

This headcount will be responsible to handle the Talent Acquisition Operation matters for China & Japan. 

Essential Duties & responsibilities:

Basic Reporting - Run regular reports to ensure the requisitions are assigned to the                          appropriate recruiters and to validate the necessary information. May need to connect with              the recruiters when assigning & validating the requisitions.
Basic Taleo troubleshooting.
Requisition Management – Ensure the requisitions details are updated & reflected correctly            with the correct information and status. 
Offer Management – Ensure the offer details are created & reflected correctly with the correct         information and status.
Offer generation and approval routing – Ensure the offer to be created & routed appropriately          to the respective approvers as per the standard guidelines. And also validating the offer                  information prior to routing for approval.
Process documentation – Ensure all the appropriate documents to be uploaded & available            in system when updating the requisition, offer or candidate information.
Pre-hire onboarding – Check & validate the candidate information, requisition details & offer            details prior to onboard the candidate.
New Hire Processing – Ensure the onboarding process run smoothly with a proper timeline.
Double check in Workday on the requisition status to ensure if requisition is still open &                    available for hire after receiving offer accepted notes from the candidate/recruiter.
Participates in project teams as assigned.
Suggests process improvements.
Irregular: Support other HR activities such as plant wide communication sessions, new                    system launch etc.


Qualifications:

BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Management or closely related field.
Minimum of one (1) year related experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment          for entry level/junior position. Experience in other industries is also can be considered.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry level/junior position.
Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition function desired.
Strong understanding of administrative operations in Talent Acquisition.
Sound knowledge of recruitment process is required. 
Resourceful with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Able to interact with all level of staff and work well in a team environment. 
Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task.
Proficient at using a PC; highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
An experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS). Knowledge in Taleo will be an                added advantage. 
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in                        ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and                        employees.
Able to interact and communicate effectively with respective teams in a professional manner.
Have driving license and willing to travel outstation when required. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
