ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Managing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including pre-campaign task, campaign-performance optimization and post campaign reconciliation

§  Owns the development and execution of the go-to-market plans to support specific growth initiatives.

§  Localizes and adapts global content and programs that achieve sales demand through print and online collateral, sales training, and customer research

§  Gathers feedback through multiple channels, including direct customer interaction, and communicates to appropriate marketing and business leaders.

§  Works with Corporate Communications team and business leaders to increase visibility, education and awareness to key industry audiences through use of press releases, case studies, press briefings, featured stories, campaigns, and corporate marketing assets.

§  Executes product launches at local level, working with cross-functional teams. Provides inputs into demand generation strategy, including creating

§  Utilizes standard campaign methodology and metrics to track local/ BU marketing/sales efforts and drive program results throughout quarter/year.

§  Provides sales team with marketing roadmaps and training on key initiatives, industry trends and partner solutions.

§  Determines most effective segment/vertical sales tools and drives usage to maximize sales productivity.

§  Ensures that sales and marketing teams understand and are able to fully utilize tools to enhance sales and marketing activities.

§  Management & allocation of regional channel marketing MDF budget

§  Support the Sales Organization and Business Units by implementing demand generation marketing programs & activities that will help achieve sales targets, volume, and market share both online and offline channel

§  Develop bundles and joint marketing activities with other manufacturers to create value added programs.

§  Complete special projects, reports, results & analysis as needed

§  Program measurement, trends and analyze ROI on all marketing events/activities

§  Insure constant WD visibility on all partner websites in concordance with WD/SanDisk logo & image usage guidelines

§  Ensure all programs are targeted to proper segmentations and markets

§  Track MDF / co-op budget & spending

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

REQUIRED:

§  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.

§  8+ years business experience.  Involvement in marketing-oriented projects strongly preferred

§  Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends 

§  Proven track record in e-commerce marketing, knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, hands on experience in digital marketing, analytics, digital media, online marketing, etrade, online sales, end to end digital channel

§  Experience managing ad spend either in search, display or social media 

§  Consumer IT industry experience preferred

§  Aptitude to understand hard drive technology

§  Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn 

§  Ability to communicate and work with sales, account management, product, and engineering 

§  Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player 

§  Good knowledge of market research disciplines

§  Good knowledge of business plan disciplines

§  Clearly communicate in verbal and written forms

§  English and Korean language a must
