Description

  • Coordinating meetings with both internal and external entities
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics for on-site/off-site meetings
  • Composing correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Preparing of expense reports as a job requirement
  • Working on special projects, interacting with high-level contacts internally or externally
  • Assisting with development and enhancement of Corporate presentations for executives and stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems, including department databases
  • Assisting with maintaining team document repository/sites for identified functions within the Legal Department
  • Supporting assignments that can be complex and time-sensitive in nature, as necessary
  • Searching for solutions based on acquired knowledge
  • Exercising independent judgment and initiative in resolving complex and non-recurring problems
  • Responding to high sense of urgency to work requests is required
  • Organizing records, data and information
  • Managing multiple on-going priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Leading/coordinating Serengeti/invoicing process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, departments, and other administrative professionals
  • Presentations, Sites and Systems Support
  • Composing correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Assisting with development and enhancement of Corporate presentations for executives and stakeholders
  • Overseeing and maintaining record management, filing and databases/systems
  • Administering team collaboration sites
  • Supporting assignments that can be complex and time-sensitive in nature, as necessary
  • Recording and tracking project issues and escalating where necessary
  • Assisting in Global Compliance Surveys & Questionnaires
Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Administrative role
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • High degree of confidentiality required
  • Proactive and organized with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills
  • Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction
  • Ability to anticipate needs as well as foresee and prevent problems by taking action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-pace environment and ability to prioritize proactively, with a sense of urgency
  • History of creative problem solving skills, with the ability to work well collaboratively and under pressure
  • Experience creating and/or supporting presentation development for senior management
  • Strong proficiency in MS office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
