In this position, the individual will support US payroll, completing full cycle payroll processing (import/export data files, new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, time sheet data tracking, pay batch auditing and retroactive adjustments). Payroll processing is completed on a bi-weekly basis through ADP/PayForce. Processing includes special periodic runs (stock, annual bonus run, tax recalculations, etc.) and manual check processing. The individual must ensure high level of accuracy of all data processing, must provide high level of customer service to local and remote employees. Individual will complete ad hoc payroll reports and special projects as assigned, and will assist with internal and external audits when necessary.
This position requires a minimum of 3- 4 years of related experience. The ideal individual must have attention to detail, ADP PayForce or equivalent, SAP experience, proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Individual is to be self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including management. Must be able to analyze and resolve complex problems, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, dependability and flexibility.
