Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities Include: Managing a team of lead development representatives to follow up on marketing leads and place outbound calls to set qualified sales meetings for the field sales teams.  Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company. Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments and locations in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.Collaborate with marketing, support, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings.Setting, tracking and reporting targets for your teamSuggesting and implementing improvements in sales administration processesIdentify topics and coordinate team trainings to ensure team remains skilled in product/solutions, competition, sales techniques.Work with marketing operations to develop weekly reports.Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.Responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within Colorado location. Coaching and mentoring team to ensure team is at optimal performance.Requirements: Proven success as in Inside Sales ManagerHands on experience with SFDC, Tout App (or similar solution), Insidessales.com, agent assisted dialer solutions.In depth understanding of sales/lead management processesExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem solving – attitudeBachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in related field.8-10 years of business experienceWorking knowledge of the most current technologies in storage industry; or closely related
