ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee
  • To make relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Providing customer service to organization employees

                                                     

REQUIRED:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 5 years' experience in HR jobs responsible
PREFERRED:
 
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and stakeholder
SKILLS:
  • Good English communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Good presentation skill
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Statistic analysis data
