We seek a tenured Product Data Management professional to drive to the next level in our Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) team. Assist with data and business integration activities around product data.

Ideal candidates will have following experience:
  • Seasoned Product lifecycle and Product Data specialist
  • Strategic and tactical view on Product Data Hub
  • Stress importance on business value, quick but scalable delivery, and strong foundational architecture
  • Multiple Oracle PDH Implementations in various implementation models
  • Best practices implementation in High-tech industry
  • Familiar with challenges in product lifecycle and product attribute rationalization
  • Take strategic view when required, and can lead team on details on PDH/EDQP architecture
  • Familiar with Analytical MDM challenges around product data and EDW
  • Familiar with challenges in product lifecycle and product attribute rationalization
  • Take strategic view when required, and can lead team on details on PDH/EDQP architecture
  • Familiar with Analytical MDM challenges around product data and EDW.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of a BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field. Minimum of 1.5 years' as a team manager
 
  • Expertise in Oracle PDH and Oracle EDQP
  • Implemented Oracle PDH multiple times
  • General knowledge of related Oracle modules such as Oracle Agile PLM, Engineering, Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement etc.
  • Understanding of Data architecture and enterprise data modelling
  • Sharp technological acumen with logical reasoning skills
  • Flexible and is not afraid of venturing into new territories
  • Excellent time management skills: Prioritization and execution with minimal supervision
  • Passionate collaborator who seeks win/win relationships while adhering to core corporate values
  • Strong business interaction and executive presentation skills
  • Able to lead technical and functional team
Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Cloud PDH implementation experience
  • Understands best practices in PDH implementation
  • Understanding of Oracle EDQ, FDQ and other related Oracle/non-Oracle data quality tools.
  • Direct Team Management experience
  • MDM solution implementations and operational support in at least one or more: hub, registry, custom… from design to deployment and sustain
  • Presentation and communication skills to engage end users, management, and executives as required
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Oracle Cloud experience beyond PDH
  • Customer Data Hub understanding
  • Familiarity with Project Management, and methodologies such as Agile project life cycle
