Ø Build new product FE Model with hexahedron element by Ansys software
Ø New product FE model correlation with test data
Ø Struction/Topo/material optimization on the exsiting model , give suggestions to the product design team
Ø Work with testing team, identify aeolotropic material parameters based on the testing results
Ø Postprocess the FEA data by Matlab software
Ø Sensitivity analysis for the new product, give suggestions to the product design team
Ø Product FA and root cause finding.
Ø Oversea travel for mechanical related improvement and on site support.
Ø Master or above in Mechanics, relevant courses on: mechanical design, mechanical dynamics.
Ø Good understanding of mechanical vibartion, FEM, theoretical mechanics, meaterial mechanics.
Ø Knowledge/experience with Ansys and matlab software
Ø Experiences of Solidworks is preferred
Ø Experiences of EM analysis, thermodynamic analysis are preferred
Ø strong self-motivated problem solving attitude
Ø Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working independently
Ø Good written and verbal communication skills
