He/she need to be the account leader and be capable in handling all of business matters related to Huawei for all the product lines.
He/she needs to at least have more than 10 years sales experience in the semiconductor industry, better to have the experience of selling products to OEM customers, candidates who have experience of handling OEM customers will be firstly considered.
He/she also needs to well know about HDD & SSD product/industry status.
As the account leader, he/she must be excellent in team management, has the ability to coordinate internally and externally to drive the business.
He/she must be very good in terms of communication skill and team work internally, meanwhile the English should be also good enough in both written & oral.
He/she is expected to have the ability to learn things quickly and proactively.
