ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving sales-out in assigned segment as well as execute channel expansion plans
- Overall management and development of retailers, system integrators, channel partners and upcountry dealers
- Coordinate with the necessary support functions to develop in-country customers to increase sell-thru as well as drive favorable sales position for Western Digital
- Take ownership of the key customer/influencers vital to long-term growth of Western Digital products in the region
- Drive the Western Digital brand awareness and channel/customer preference in the country.
- Play a key role in working with marketing and the outsourced agencies to drive and execute merchandising, promoter, and retail development programs
- Conduct training, product pitch, understand market trends, competition, customer requirements and drive growth with the customers
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (preferably Marketing)
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail or consumer sales
- Ability to drive in Thailand and travel almost 100% of the time
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to make immediate decisions
- Great command of English skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to work as a team and individually under extremely high pressure.
- Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated and highly responsible
