The primary responsibility of an ISR is to set first meetings with potential customers for the field sales team. In addition ISR's are nurturing prospects by keeping in touch via phone and email. This also includes searches in social media (XING, LinkedIn) and other sources to build a usable database of contacts.

- Cold calling to potential customers
- Using social media (XING, LinkedIn) to identify potential customers
- Keep in touch with prospects and nurture them until they enter into a project phase
- Work with channel partners on joint contact lists, support with joint call out activities (via webex/phone) or on-site
- Follow-up on leads from marketing activities
- Close cooperation with field sales, channel and marketing
- The candidate needs to be a native German speaker, located preferably in Germany.
- Needs to have a basic understanding of data center technology, needs to be able to articulate our value-add vs our competition.
- Knowledge of enduser market and channel in DACH is a plus.
