Description

  • Making cold calls to existing customers. Attending customer meetings. informing customers about active promotions ran by distributors, gathering feedback
  • Ensure customers see added value of WDC products over competitive products
  • Communicate product availability at local markets
  • Collect market dynamics data. Working with sales data received from customers – shares, sales etc. Build necessary reports based on collected data
  • Analyze inventory reports of indirect partners, insuring inventory reports uploaded and received on time
  • Consolidating weekly inputs from other colleagues
  • Participating in backlog alignment process with distributors
  • Coordination with other departments – Service Operations, Account Management, IT
  • Resolution of complicated RMA cases upon customers’ requests, coordination with collection center
  • Online SRP and assortment monitoring
  • Work closely with Marketing department, attending trade shows 

Qualifications

  •  BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Up to 2 years’ experience as Account manager, account servicing, corporate customer service, sales operations, or similar role – an advantage
