FW Validation Team Leader: Hands on leading of a group of 5 engineers
Typical activities involve leading group of 5 engineers that design and develop test software for embedded storage products.
The test development is done on multiple environments: PC with full HW simulation (Using Python), or on a dedicated HW Tester.
This position involves managerial responsibilities such as managing the execution of the team's tasks with the highest quality, develop the team to create a high performance team, focus on results and drive for execution.
This position involves working closely with excellent colleague engineers, coping with complex challenges, innovating, and developing products that will be sold in millions of units.
- BSs/MSc in CS/EE
- 1-2 years experience in leading a group of SW Engineers
- 2-3 years experience in C/Python/Java development.
- Python experience - major advantage
- Knowledge in RTOS is required
- Experience as Validation/Verification from Semiconductors companies and testing of HW/SW interfaces - big advantage
- (Companies like: Intel, Marvell, Mellanox, Broadcom, QCOM, etc)
- Experience in storage protocols - advantage
- Debugging environments and tools - advantage
